Placing Your Order:
Our online shopping system, set up through Shopify guarantees secure online shopping. Payments can be made with debit cards, credit cards, and paypal accounts. Shopify accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards, as well as PayPal accounts. All payments must be made in US dollars.
At this point, we cannot accept orders from outside the United States. We are working to provide this service in the future.
Liabilities:
JustNeem is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Damage which occurs during transportation by USPS may be insured by the carrier, if claims are received by JustNeem within two business days of delivery. All orders leave our facility with a USPS Delivery Confirmation number.
As with any body care products, it is our customer’s responsibility to test any product on a small area before using it on the whole body. JustNeem is not responsible for any harmful effect of using our products.
Return Policies:
All sales are final. To continuously serve our customers with high quality products, we cannot accept any returns.
